Perinatal
The journey to and through motherhood can bring incredible highs but also incredible challenges. I provide psychological support for women in the perinatal period, which includes any time around the conception and birth of a baby. Some of the concerns in this period include:

Perimenopause is the time leading up to menopause (menopause is 12 months following your last menstrual period). Perimenopause typically lasts 4-6 years, and brings with it lots of challenging symptoms, many of which are mental health related. Common concerns in this period include:
